And judging by the video, both of these ports are fully functional.
A commenter on Reddit pointed to the advantage of this dual-port design: “You can now use and charge your headphones at the same time, just like in 2016.” This is a mockery of Apple for removing the headphone jack with the release of the iPhone 7.
