“Plans are to develop a new Epic Web3 project. International conference and community for web3 founders. The first conference will be held on June 9 in Lisbon, we plan to gather 1000 people,” Pisarevsky told RB.RU.

Centra’s press service also announced the agreement with Epic Growth, announcing that it was “part of a strategy to create a comprehensive technology solution for the digital marketing market.” The amount of the transaction is not called.

Centra and Epic Growth will create an educational platform in the field of digital marketing and product management. On the basis of Centra, practical courses on the use of relevant advertising products and services will be created. Industry conferences are also planned.

Epic Growth will reportedly retain its standalone product, with the team continuing to work on current and future projects “almost full force.”

Centra combines the inventory of over 170 top sites, provides access to various campaign optimization and analytics services, and works with over 200 major Russian advertisers. The company’s turnover in 2022 amounted to 12.6 billion rubles.
