Anyone closely following the news about OpenAI’s artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT knows that the chatbot is about to integrate with Microsoft’s search engine and Bing, a direct competitor to Google and Yahoo. This finally happened this Monday (13).

The partnership between the platforms started working today and is already being tested by the first testers. But in addition to the desktop version, Bing with ChatGPT will also come to iOS and Android in the coming weeksaccording to sources close to the project and an email sent by Microsoft itself.

New mobile experience

While few details have emerged, sources say Microsoft plans to create an entirely new modern interface for Bing with ChatGPT on mobile phones, which will bring a “powerful new” content tool to life. However, the email sent by the company confirms that the mobile project is not ready yet.

“We don’t have a ready mobile experience yet — we’re actively working on it and we’ll have it soon. Until then, keep using the new Bing desktop and download the Bing app from your favorite app store,” Microsoft says in an email. .

About ChatGPT with Bing The email from Microsoft explains that an iOS and Android version will be available soon.

For now, Bing AI for desktop is accessible via common browsers like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. However, there will be a waiting list for the upcoming mobile version. To participate, the relevant user must have a Microsoft account.

There is no official release date for Bing AI for mobile yet, but it shouldn’t be too long, according to the email above.
