At the Central Bank, Vestrovsky dealt with issues of business culture and staff training. The fact that he will leave his post on February 28 is reported on the official website of the regulator.

According to Forbes, Vesterovsky will become a senior vice president, head of the Wealth Management block at Sberbank. In this position, he will replace Igor Kobzar, who, as Vice President and General Director of Sberbank Life Insurance, will continue to work in the organization.

As the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina noted, Vesterovsky is the founder of the Bank of Russia University. In it, both regulator employees and market participants receive ratings. Vesterovsky also contributed to the improvement of the procurement system.
