Bill HB 154, “No one can provide or administer a vaccine developed using ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology for use in such a human or other mammal.”.

If passed, any person administering mRNA-based vaccines will have committed an offense that could result in imprisonment and/or fines.

This anti-mRNA stance is due to the fact that COVID-19 vaccines were originally authorized under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s “emergency use” permits: “We have a problem with expediting this,” one of the bill’s sponsors said. .
