ResumeBuilder.com interviewed 1,000 employers who are using or planning to use this technology. In the end, they found that 50% of companies use ChatGPT to replace employees in multiple tasks.
The bot is most commonly used for writing code (66% of companies), replacing copywriters (58%), customer support (57%), and preparing documents (52%).
The research also showed that 77% of companies use ChatGPT to write job descriptions, while 66% and 65% use ChatGPT to create job interview invitations and job application responses, respectively.
Many of the leaders expressed their admiration for the development of OpenAI. Thus, 55% of the respondents described the quality of the bot as “excellent” and 34% as “very good”.
