As of March 6, Wildberries will change the percentage of remuneration of the collection points (PIU) of the partners, the company reported. Representatives of the online platform assure that the changes are positive and that the new system “will make the rates at the collection points more flexible and more transparent.”

The employers did not agree with this and complained about the underestimation of the remuneration. According to them, the payments are reduced each time after the revision of the tariffs.

Entrepreneurs complained about the reduction in remuneration at the collection points of Wildberries members

Wildberries posted a screenshot on the WB Point News Telegram channel with changes to fees for payment of pickup services in some regions.

Collection point owners also shared screenshots of past fares with RB.RU. One of them shows, for example, that the increase in the fee for payment of collection points in the Magadan and Buryatia Region at the end of February was 4%, while since March 6 it has been fixed at the 3.6%

The tariff for the Belgorod and Kaliningrad regions, the Perm Territory and other regions was set at 3.25% from February 20 and will decrease to 2.75% from March 6.

The fee scale is valid for all owners of collection points.

One of the businessmen complained to RB.RU about the frequent changes in tariffs in different regions, and according to him, the remuneration is reduced each time after that. Thematic chat participants are also complaining about the new fees.

At the time of publication of the material, the Wildberries press service did not respond to a request from RB.RU.

On February 13, the online platform announced that it was preparing to change the payment schedule for partner pickup points. The amount of payments will be calculated based on many factors, for example, the standard of living of people in the village and the cost of rent in a particular place.
