The State Duma adopted in the third reading a new law, which is purchased in foreign online stores.
Russians can potentially buy in local stores in the amount of 15 thousand rubles without mandatory identification. Before that, it was allowed to make purchases without identification only in online stores registered in Russia.
The adoption of the proposed amendments makes it possible for citizens to choose alternative payments in foreign online stores and distribute administrative profits to banks related to the identification and simplified identification procedures.
