The Yandex Cloud platform has launched a new Brand Voice Call Center speech synthesis service. With it, companies will be able to create unique voices for virtual call center operators. This was reported to RB.RU in the press service of the company.

The new Yandex Cloud service will help create unique voices for virtual call center operators

At the same time, the “robot” can be taught, for example, to address customers by name or coordinate addresses and product names in an order. This will allow companies to personalize and animate communication on voice channels.

The algorithm is an audio template, and based on it it synthesizes hundreds of the same phrases, but at the same time, according to the script, it can change individual words in them.

At the same time, the synthesized speech in Brand Voice Call Center sounds natural and conveys all the details of a living person’s speech from the template: emotions, intonations, volume changes, the company said.

Businesses can use snippets of actual operator phone records from their call centers as templates.

According to Yandex Cloud representatives, this is the first Russian-language service of its kind launched for commercial use.

The service is already being used by a medical company and a major telecommunications operator. It is also available to other companies and is available upon request.
