The Ministry of Digital Development has discovered a draft resolution, according to which the rules for pre-installing applications on smartphones are specified.
According to the smartphone manufacturer, deep integration of the RuStore app store into operating systems is required. It must not only be pre-installed, but all the same permissions as other stores. At the same time, he owns the RuStore person.
The Russian store must address each device. Moreover, there should be no more steps to access it than, for example, to access Google Play.
The vendor will be required to provide software updates downloaded through RuStore and send push notifications. Contactless payments must work through a Russian store.
