• The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs has prepared measures to reduce criminal and administrative pressure on companies. Among other things, it includes the decriminalization of 10 articles of the Criminal Code, writes Kommersant.

• Dom.RF, Rosbank and Expobank will launch payment stickers at the end of August. The stickers are also being tested at VTB, Post Bank, Absolut and Home Credit, but they did not announce the specific timing of their launch for customers.
• The National Payment Card System (NSPK) has set a fee for transfers between corporate cards three times lower than for other transactions with Mir cards, Kommersant learned.

• Wildberries plans to launch a chat feature for sellers with buyers, the marketplace has begun testing it for almost 20,000 sellers.

• Aeroflot received an aircraft developer certificate, Vedomosti reported. It allows the company to develop documentation for the repair of any type of aircraft, as well as for the modification of components and systems of Russian and foreign aircraft. The certificate is perpetual and is valid as long as “the promoter provides continuous satisfaction with the conditions prescribed therein.”
