According to the Dowdradar service, the number of complaints about the work of the Yandex.Taxi service at the time of publication exceeded 2 thousand, about the work of Uber – 400. Problems are most often observed in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Twitter users also reported problems accessing the app.
In February-March, various failures occurred in the operation of Yandex services. On February 6, a large-scale failure occurred: users of Kinopoisk, Maps, Music and other services complained about the inability to access resources. On February 16, Yandex.Music did not work, on February 28 – Music and food.
