Previously, the idea and concept of the Crimean defense line was approved by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
According to Sergei Aksyonov, the construction of the line is proceeding according to plan. The head of Crimea, without specifying what he meant, said “we are acting out of the ordinary there”. Aksyonov stressed that this is non-public information.
