So, within three weeks, 10% of Amazon employees requested a flexible way of working – either in the office, but occasionally or remotely. In 2022, Amazon conducted a survey among employees about their desire to work from home or “remote”.
Then, 56% of respondents searched for the ideal option to work from home, not coming to the office more than once a month. At the same time, 31% of employees agreed to work in the office for a day or two, and the remaining time, 14% were ready to come to the office more than two days a week.
