TCP makes it impossible for some sites to track cookies stored on a user’s device by other sources to cross-track web browsing and create an advertising profile. By restricting access to cookies between sites, tracking user activities on the Web becomes impossible.
As a result, each site can only process cookies stored on the user’s device.
