Previously, this feature was included in versions of Firefox for Windows, Mac, and Linux. At the same time, such a privacy system has long been implemented in Firefox Focus, as well as in Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari browsers.

TCP makes it impossible for some sites to track cookies stored on a user’s device by other sources to cross-track web browsing and create an advertising profile. By restricting access to cookies between sites, tracking user activities on the Web becomes impossible.

As a result, each site can only process cookies stored on the user’s device.
