At the warehouse, you can receive the parcel by entering the code from the SMS sent to the recipient after you reach the cargo point, or you can have the barcode scanned from the Mail mobile application. You can receive the parcels not exceeding 560x315x375 mm, which are not sent with payment at the door, without paying customs duty, from the warehouse.

The operation of a robotic point does not require an operator, only human involvement is required to load parcels through a customer gateway. After that, the robot automatically distributes all packages to the shelves according to their size.

The system does not allow for errors – the robot is equipped with intelligent algorithms and machine vision and “knows” exactly where each package is.
