Deliveries of processors in Russia last year remained almost unchanged, Kommersant writes.

In 2022, 782 Intel chips were imported into Russia, which is 9% more than in 2021, a source told the publication, based on data from the Federal Customs Service.

Deliveries of AMD processors for the same period fell by half, to 143 thousand pieces. The volume of use of various companies increased by 2.5 times, up to 102,000 chips. Chinese and Korean manufacturers got into this case.

Another source publication states that the total combined computing of all processors (including processors) in 2022 increased by 19%, to 511 thousand pieces. At the same time, the customs value of products increased by almost two amounts and was estimated at $2.1 billion or 157 billion rubles. [Коммерсантъ]
