Nvidia, during the GTC 2023 event this Tuesday (21), Nvidia L4, a GPU for productive Artificial Intelligence (AI) of images and videosDeployment of major language and inference models.
Considered the successor of Nvidia T4, the L4 model offers 120 times more AI-based video performance than CPUs and 99% improvement in energy efficiency. the word is the product can be applied to workloads in any industry.
“For example, a company in the automotive segment that uses artificial intelligence for quality control could use the algorithm running on an L4. Google Cloud is the first platform to offer Nvidia L4 to customers via G2 virtual machines. The company, which owns the world’s most used search engine, is also integrating L4 into AI Vertex, a solution that scales machine learning models.
In addition to L4, Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang today introduced other software such as GPU. Nvidia H100 NVL with 200GB memory (one is two boards glued together) and serves for large language processing models.
