We asked the most popular ChatGPT bot to create a list of ten weight loss products. To perform such tasks, the model was trained on a huge corpus of various texts. In the process, the algorithm had to predict which word would “look” best after the first few words of the originally presented sentence. The model “learned” from her own mistakes.

He now knows how to synthesize sensible texts. In fact, ChatGPT only gives mathematically processed information. The list of 10 weight loss products we received is an excerpt from existing texts that the model “sees” during the learning process.

Here’s how it turned out:

1. Protein products.

Protein is an essential ingredient in a weight loss diet as it helps to satisfy appetite, maintain muscle mass and burn fat. Protein sources include chicken, fish, eggs, tofu, legumes and nuts.

2. Vegetables are low in calories.

Some vegetables, such as leafy vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, and cucumbers, are low in calories but high in nutrients that help quench hunger and keep you healthy.

3. Fruit.

However, you should not be seriously guided by texts generated by a neural network (and text from the Internet in general) when making decisions about your health.
