According to Makarov, Russia can organize such cooperation in six months or a year, that is, in 2023. Russian developers will learn from their foreign colleagues how to assemble processors, gain experience and train their staff. For this, it is necessary to create competencies and technologies for domestic factories.

To date, 18 nm chips are produced in Russia, but after the start of the CBO, Taiwan blocked the supply of the necessary components.
