Wildberries began testing the delivery of large-sized products: furniture, tools and plumbing, a company representative told RB.RU.
Delivery is available to Muscovites, Petersburgers, as well as residents of the Kaluga, Tula and Ryazan regions. The goods will be delivered to buyers free of charge and will be lifted up to the floor of a house or apartment.
In 2023, the market began to sell beds, sofas, cabinets, showers, toilets, bathtubs, shower shelves, as well as industrial tools: generators, compressors, concrete mixers and others, more than 2000 items in total.
More than 50 retail partners are participating in the tests, including Lazurit, Domoteka, Buyson. In the future, the site intends to expand the range of products through cooperation with new entrepreneurs and brands.
Sales are carried out according to the Marketplace model: sellers view information about orders in real time, arrange their delivery to the company’s distribution center in Vnukovo, from where the Wildberries courier delivers them to customers.
The commission for sellers of oversized merchandise will be 5%.
