Roleplayer’s Extended Dialogue (RED) adds over 300 brand new lines of dialogue to the game. The mod, created by ProfMajowski, claims that ElevenLabs voice artificial intelligence is used to create lines that are more suitable for the character.
The results can sometimes sound a little “feeling”, but “otherwise it sounds real”.
Until now, the law does not understand how to deal with sound production. Therefore, it is unknown whether this mod for Fallout 4 can be blocked due to copyright infringement. But even about 5-10 years ago, such changes could only be imagined.
