Yandex has started testing its international taxi service under the Yango brand in Peru, South America. TASS drew attention to the changes in the world map of Yandex.Taxi, and the company’s press service confirmed the start of tests to the agency.
Already today you can order a car in the capital of the country – Lima. The service is also available in the suburbs. Cash and non-cash payments are accepted. While testing is in progress, the number of cars displayed on the map is limited.
Last month, the Russian company began testing Yango in Namibia and Mozambique. Information about this is already available on the official website.
In the fall, Yandex Go was launched in Dubai. To date, the service is represented in Finland, Irzail, Norway, Azerbaijan, Ghana, Bolivia, Congo and DR Congo, Senegal and Zambia. Last year, the company also tested the service in Algeria.
