Most likely, the new infotainment system will only work on Geely vehicles at first. As a result, Flyme Auto is designed to be fully integrated with Flyme-based smartphones. For example, Meizu 20 running Flyme 10 connects to the car as soon as you get in the car and allows you to continue the conversation from where you left off. You can also continue to use open applications directly from the tool screen.

The car also uses smartphone hardware. The two devices can share camera images and the phone itself helps push OTA updates to the vehicle.
