As Mishustin reminds, the “Artificial Intelligence” program is being implemented in Russia for the development of the field of AI. For example, on September 1 last year, the National Artificial Intelligence Development Center started its work. The government also provides grants to businesses implementing AI projects, RIA Novosti reported.
Previously, Yandex Cloud provided free access to cloud services to Russian universities. They will now be able to harness the company’s power for machine learning and data analysis tasks.
