Researchers analyzed data from a large social network that hosts various anti-tobacco campaigns. It turned out that the posts containing information about how smoking affects the health of cats, dogs and other pets attracted the most attention.
“Anti-tobacco campaigns can use these results to improve their campaigns, better engage the public and more effectively promote reasons to quit,” the scientists added.
