Pirelli, Triangle and Yokohama brands are most frequently purchased among new tires, and Pirelli, Michelin and Bridgestone among used ones.
“Contrary to some pessimistic forecasts last year, we are not seeing a decline in supply or stagnation in the new tire market: dealers have reconfigured sales channels, including through parallel imports, and several of the largest production facilities large ones located in Russia have restarted. and continued to work,” said the head of the “Spare Parts” category at “Avito” Alexander Kuroptev.
He also noted that new tires now account for almost half (46%) of the total volume of summer tires sold at Avito, and their share of total sales increased 8 percentage points over the year. And the supply of new rubber increased 2.2 times during the year.
This season, for the first time, the Chinese brand Triangle turned out to be the leader in sales of new summer releases – it increased sales 2.6 times over the year. Likewise, the products of the South Korean manufacturer Kumho increased their presence in Avito by 8.5 times.
