Tochka added face scanning and smart search to internet banking

What features appeared in the Internet Bank:

• Biometrics — allows you to login to the internet bank by fingerprint or face scan. You don’t need to enter your username and password every time.
• Personalization — allows you to customize Internet banking according to your needs. For example, select the necessary widgets, add quick actions, favorite services.
• “Elegant” look for — allows the customer to quickly find the required Internet banking tool from the search history.
• through navigation – allows the user to go from one section to another without returning to the home page.
• global search the entire internet bank at once. In one interface, customers will be able to find any “Points” tools and services.

“Previously, Tochka had two versions of the Internet bank: one of them was more suited to the needs of small businesses, and the other – to medium and large ones. Each of these versions was good in its own way, but over time, Tochka’s clients have grown, and at the same time their approach to doing business has changed, as well as the application to the bank’s interface”, Boris Vedernikov, Tochka’s main owner of the platform, he said.

According to him, customers started using both versions of the interface at the same time, since the functionality of one complemented the other. After that, Tochka decided to create a single and universal Internet bank.

In January 2023, the Tochka fintech project received a universal banking license. The bank planned to focus on providing remote servicing and services to small and medium-sized businesses.
