In addition, the social network marked the accounts of the British BBC Corporation and American National Public Radio NPR as “state-sponsored broadcasts”.

“I hope Elon Musk doesn’t change his mind under the media pressure of these publications, who have begun to claim that they are getting too little money from the authorities to be considered pro-government,” Gorelkin wrote.

He added that it’s “a good time to rethink” Twitter’s restrictions in Russia.
