Stephen Hawking said that closer to the classic roulette is impossible. He was mistaken, because he proceeded from two postulates. First, the material part of the roulette must work perfectly. Secondly, the speed of the game does not allow the human body to feel the sensitivity of the movement of the ball. Simply put, its hit in a particular cell for a person is always detected by chance.

But back in 2004, the British police suppressed a criminal case against Niko Tosa (this is a pseudonym) due to suspicions that he was using some kind of computing device to predict the roulette wheel incredibly well. Nothing has been found – because nothing would have been, except for the accurate mind of the physical-mathematical and chain look.

Hawking’s reasoning, like the designers of the roulette game mechanism itself, concerns the ideal variant of rakor. In reality, everything wears out quickly, scuffs and backlash accumulate – even such a trifle as lotion on the hands changes to the movement of a tape measure and a ball. What Tosa called the “drop zone” is formed – a certain section on the roulette wheel, which is most likely to be hit.

What percentage of this probability is unknown, but the logic is clear – consumption rates have an increased chance of vyp. This is what Tosa used until he was caught, although they were released if they were present. In the meantime, the wheel was closed and the wheel that was not closed was turned over. According to rumors, many European casinos have since updated equipment.
