The United States has imposed new blockade sanctions on Russia. The block list includes MegaFon, the International Investment Bank, the structures of Alisher Usmanov, businessman Ivan Streshinsky and his wife Natalya Davydova (blogger Aunt Motya).

MegaFon, the Usmanov structures and the businessman Streshinsky fell under the US blockade sanctions.

The US Office of Foreign Assets Control has expanded the list of blockade sanctions against Russia. This announcement was posted on the department’s website.

In addition to the existing sanctions, they were introduced against MegaFon, Metalloinvest, the International Investment Bank, various structures of businessman Alisher Usmanov and other companies.

In addition, the names of 34 people were added to the SDN List: the former head of the USM who has Ivan Streshinsky, his wife Natalya Davydova (Teti Moti blogger), Vice President of the Russian government Marat Khusnullin and others.

At the moment, Russia ranks first among the world’s countries in terms of the number of sanctions imposed on it, ahead of Iran, Syria, North Korea and Cuba.
