Red Dead Redemption 2 was running in 4K with ultra preset. Average framerate in it was 125fps (Ryzen 7800X3D) and 89fps (Ryzen 7900X) with the 7800X3D. In very rare events the values were 50 fps and 1 fps respectively.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla worked with the above settings. Average FPS in this case was 108fps (7800X3D) and 86fps (7900X), with performance in extremely rare events at 50fps and 1fps respectively.
On the 4K ultra preset Cyberpunk 2077, we managed to get an average of 79 fps and 62 fps (7800X3D and 7900X, respectively) on very rare events – 30fps and 2fps.
God of War ran at the same settings as before, with an average FPS of around 122fps (7800X3D) and 90fps (7900X). On very rare occasions in this game we managed to get 51 and 2 fps respectively.
Horizon Zero Dawn also worked in 4K with the ultra preset. Average performance in this case was 117 fps and 107 fps (with 7800X3D and 7900X, respectively), in extremely rare events – 18 fps and 2 fps.
In Watch Dogs Legion at ultra graphics settings at 4K, the average frame rate was 105 fps (7800X3D) and 86 fps (7900X), in very rare events – 47 fps and 0 fps.
Across all six games, the difference between the RYZEN 7800X3D and 7900X in terms of average performance was 25% (109fps vs 87fps) in favor of the 7800X3D. In this case, the highest FPS was in Red Dead Redemption 2, the lowest in Cyberpunk 2077.
