Yandex.Market has started testing a new advertising format: brands and sellers will be able to get their products on video screens at branded pickup points (PIUs). This is indicated in the “Market” message.
LED panels are placed on the windows of the collection point so that they can be seen from the street by market customers and passers-by.
The service will stream both its own videos and those of advertisers. Entrepreneurs will be able to promote their products among residents of specific areas, and the Market itself, through commercials, hopes to draw more attention to branded items.
LED panels will display ads with a duration of 5 or 10 seconds. The service will combine these videos into repeating 60-second blocks. You can post a video for at least a week.
The ordering and installation of the “Market” screens is done by himself. Now 30 screens are being tested in Moscow, by the end of 2023 the online platform plans to increase the number of panels to 600.
