IT group “IKS holding” plans to enter the IPO in 2024

The range of expected funds raised by the holding company has not yet been announced. The investments will be used to pay off bank debt and build new industries. The size of the debt is also not disclosed, Vedomosti writes.

The company also intends to use the funds for the development of existing projects, for example, in the development of the operator of the Bureau 1440 low-orbit satellite constellation.

Finam analyst Leonid Delitsyn notes that if ICS Holding issues bonds and its revenues double this year, the company will be able to count on a market value assessment of at least 280 billion rubles during the initial public offering. Arikapital Management Company investment strategist Sergey Suverov predicts a more modest estimate: 7-8 times the current EBITDA, that is, at least 200 billion rubles.

ICS Holding is a diversified IT group whose tasks include investing, managing and consolidating in the telecommunications media and technology market. The company is the largest provider of information technologies for telecommunications operators and transport companies.

  • In March 2022, the USM group of companies, Alisher Usmanov, which fell under the sanctions, completely withdrew from the capital of ICS Holding LLC. The sole owner of the company was its founder and CEO, Anton Cherepennikov. The parties did not disclose the amount of the transaction.
