It became known that the Russian “Sberbank” has begun testing about 10,000 laptops developed by SberDevices in bank branches, and the company plans to increase the number of branded electronics in its branches in the near future.

Consideration, apparently, is about laptops imported to Russia at the end of last year – they were developed by SberDevices, in particular, with the Chinese company Shanghai IP3 Information Technology Co, which is engaged in the use of environmental services for the production and design of electronic equipment. The potential partner includes large industrial enterprises for large corporations.

Notebooks from SberDevices were selectively distributed by departments, while they now mostly use Nokenode Novet. The choice is the fact that Sberbank has over 12,000 different branches throughout the country, which employ about 280,000 specialists, a stable supply of electronics is one of the company’s tasks.

In addition, industry analysts shared information that Sber was going to sell laptops developed by SberDevices among Russian legal entities last year, but the launch of sales has so far been postponed due to protests against devices in its branches and a number of other reasons, the company has not voiced.
