The following features are now available to users:

  • Ability to indicate opening hours, address and location of the company on the map;
  • Add your own text and sticker to an empty chat page that doesn’t have any messages yet;
  • Create quick responses with pre-prepared media messages;
  • Add a welcome message that will be automatically sent to everyone who writes to you for the first time;
  • Premium subscribers will be able to add colored labels to chats;
  • Chat links can be placed in the form of buttons, for example, “Book a table” or “Check order status”;
  • You can connect a bot to your trading account, which will help you automate your work.

Authors of Telegram channels with more than 1,000 subscribers will be able to receive 50% of the advertising revenue displayed on them. Payment will be made in cryptocurrency based on the TON blockchain, which can be withdrawn without commission or used to pay for advertisements in the messenger, collection addresses or Telegram-Premium draws.

The updated version also added the ability to place ads on the platform with payment in Toncoin. At the same time, TON-based ads are targeted at users from Russia, Ukraine, Israel, and Palestine. The reasons are not indicated in the message.

  • Telegram launched a Premium subscription in 2022. The monthly cost without discount is 299 rubles. The paid version includes double limit, file upload up to 4 GB, translation of voice messages to text, no advertising, exclusive stickers, reactions, advanced dialogue management, priority when downloading files, subscriber icon and more.
