The Podolsky City Court of the Moscow Region declared it illegal to return defective goods to Wildberries.
The lawsuit was entrusted to the department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Moscow Region at the beginning of March 2023. On a significant share, April 13, was satisfied.
Rospotrebnadzor clarified that Wildberries had been issued a warning about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory safety, the lawsuit was filed to protect the rights of an indefinite number of consumers.
The register informed that if the buyer found in the goods that were not specified by the seller, he has the right to choose the purchase and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
Wildberries does not agree with the outcome of the trial and intends to appeal it. Employees of Wildberries do not look at the court session.
The court did not fully understand the investigative cases: representatives of the company were not represented at it, since feelings were not notified, and they did not find their reasons to bring them.
