Softline, provider of IT solutions and services, has bought three companies from the Aplana group of companies that develop corporate applications for companies. The deal included controlling stakes in the companies and the rights to their software products.

Softline bought three enterprise app developers from Aplana Group

The Softline group of companies has acquired controlling stakes in three companies that develop corporate applications for businesses of the Aplana Group. The agreement was reported in the Softline press service.

They have become the property of Softline:

  1. Boss HR Systems JSC: developer of a solution to automate personnel records;
  2. Robin LLC is a manufacturer of a platform for automating business processes using chatbots;
  3. Preferentum LLC is the creator of a platform for the intelligent processing of unstructured data.

The transaction also included the rights to the software products manufactured by the companies, specified in Softline.
