Earlier this year, developer Hikari no Yume created a tool called “touchHLE” that spearheaded emulation of older iOS apps for Macs and Windows PCs. Now another developer named ciciplusplus has ported this project to Android.

touchHLE apps don’t run full iOS, but they can emulate some older iPhone apps and games like Super Monkey Ball and Crash Bandicoot: Nitro Kart 3D. However, it has many possible limitations.

For example, applications only work on AArch64 chips. Also, this iOS emulator has not been tested with other apps and games other than Super Monkey Ball. Plus, you must have installers for these applications.

Those who want to try the iPhone app on an Android smartphone can download the project’s source code from GitHub. [9to5]
