Softline Group of Companies will create the largest educational ecosystem in the b2b market, Softline Academy. It will combine the experience and technologies of the IT Academy and the Softline Training Center, the company’s press service told RB.RU.
In early 2022, the group purchased IT Academy and announced the integration with the existing education business.
The ecosystem combined the advantages of the two brands. The staff has more than 200 employees. The ecosystem has a resource of more than 400 experts, these are teachers, methodologists and pedagogical designers. At the same time, Softline Academy also attracts independent experts.
Softline Academy’s education business will be headed by Igor Morozov, Rector of IT Co. Academy.
“In the b2b market, we will build a new quality of customer experience: a unique portfolio of educational products and services, a project office with the implementation of turnkey educational projects. Clients will receive personalized service for their tasks, ”Morozov shares his plans.
According to him, it is also planned to develop a collaboration with national software providers to create authorized training and certification programs for IT specialists.
Thanks to a unique educational base, the group will be able to scale its capabilities more effectively to the corporate training market, the press service notes.
The day before, Softline announced the creation of a new company, SL Soft. It is expected to become the largest provider of business applications for corporate clients in the country.
In April, the group’s founder, Igor Borovikov, announced his retirement from Softline’s shareholding.
