But the expert warned that this will not last long – over time, hackers will get used to the new realities and begin to compromise databases again.

“In general, when someone is held accountable, the anonymity of those who moderate the forums creates stress for them, for the rest it’s also a sign that’s worth keeping an eye on and not shining for now,” Novikova said.
