Sibprom filed a lawsuit demanding that the review be recognized as untrue and discredited, and also compelled 2GIS to remove the comment and collect 15,756 rubles from the service for compiling a notarized site inspection protocol and a state tax of 6 thousand rubles.
As a result, the court sided with the plaintiff and granted his demands. In response, “2GIS” filed an appeal, which received a negative court decision. Evidence that the plaintiff’s rights were violated by another person and not by the service did not convince the court. And according to the court order, the site owner had the technical authority to remove the comment.
