If you love music and don’t have the professional hardware or software to create your own songs, this song is for you. Google just announced – during Google I/O 2023 – that the MusicLM platform is available in AI Kitchen.

This MusicLM service is like a Midjourney for songs. That is, it creates songs from text descriptions made by users. In the app, you can tell him to “create a song in the 2000s gaucho rock style that consists of two guitars, a double bass, a harmonica, and acoustic drums,” and in a few minutes, the creation is complete.

On the official blog, Google says two patterns are created for each request. The user can then vote on the one closest to their request to help the AI figure out which is closest to natural creation. To test the tool, you must subscribe to the AI Test Kitchen, which is not yet open to the public.
