HRlink startup founders launched AI service for accounting document recognition in India

The founders of Entera Global are Dmitry Arzhevsky, Alexander Semenov, Nikita Krutikov and Dmitry Makhlin. The company was registered in the United Arab Emirates in 2022 and is based in Dubai. At the same time, India will become the main market for the service at this stage.

Entrepreneurs studied the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region and India for a year, investments are estimated at $300,000.

“Staff workflow in these countries is simpler and organized differently; there is no point in automating it,” said Dmitry Makhlin, partner and director of development at HRlink and co-founder of Entera Global. “We are focused on the international development of the Entera Global accounting document recognition service; big companies in the United Arab Emirates immediately showed interest in it.”

At the same time, according to him, the UAE market “turned out to be small”, and it turned out that many of the potential clients outsource bookkeeping to Indian contractors. “This is how we found the core market for Entera Global,” Mahlin explained.

  • Entera Global is a cloud service to automate work with primary documents (invoices, checks, invoices, minutes, etc.). The solution is based on artificial intelligence (AI), optical character recognition (OCR) and robotics (RPA) technologies. It works on a subscription model.
  • Mahlin specified that the solution “is already used by several Indian companies, about 100 more clients are in the contract signing stage.”
  • In Russia, the Entera cloud service, on the basis of which the version of the product for the Indian market was developed, has been operating since 2018. According to the company’s own data, it is used by more than 7,000 companies in Russia and Eastern Europe. .

The founders of Entera Global are also developing the HRlink electronic workflow platform. In July 2022, HRlink attracted an investment of 100 million rubles from HeadHunter.
