The Broniboy restaurant and store courier service has changed its CEO. Former director Ivan Trufanov moved to the board of directors, his place was taken by former CEO of Krym.Food Alexander Avdeev. The new owner of the company plans to strengthen the positioning of the service in the cities of presence.
The Broniboy food delivery service has changed chief executive, a company spokesman said.
Alexander Avdeev, who previously held a similar position at Krym.Eda, became Broniboy’s new CEO. Former Broniboy CEO Ivan Trufanov has joined the board of directors and will be in charge of global strategy and budget matters.
“in the stream [кризисных] conditions, we must quickly reach operating profitability and at the same time think about development and growth,” Avdeev said. He added that the company plans to reach operating profitability by the end of 2023.
Broniboy courier delivery service was founded in 2017 by Alexander Radionov and Ivan Trufanov. The company operates in dozens of Russian cities, including Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don. In April 2022, the service entered the Uzbekistan market.
In May 2021, Broniboy raised 100 million rubles from Krasnodarzernoprodukt, Yuzhnaya Trading Company and its CEO Sergey Taran, as well as two investors from Moscow and Krasnodar. In March 2022, Krasnodarzernoprodukt reinvested in the service, investing 500 million rubles.
