Moscow launched the production of Russian ATMs on domestic Elbrus processors. An enterprise from the Rudnevo pair can produce up to 15 thousand devices per year and has already received advance orders for 7 thousand ATMs.
In the industrial park “Rudnevo” in Moscow, they launched the production of Russian-made ATMs. They are equipped with an enhanced anti-fraud system and can read contactless cards, barcodes and QR codes. This is stated in the blog of the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin.
“In a word, this is a competitive, high-quality product that meets current and future market demands,” the report says.
A company from the BFS group of companies can produce up to 15 thousand ATMs per year. Devices for 80% consist of components produced in Russia. Domestic processors “Elbrus” are responsible for the operational work of ATMs.
The production launch will create at least 70 jobs. BFS has already received an advance order for 7,000 ATMs.
