On the morning of May 23, Rostelecom users began to complain about difficulties with Internet access. The problems arose mainly with the web version of Telegram, YouTube, GitHub, Twitch, there are difficulties in entering mobile games that require the Internet.
The failure in the operator’s network is associated with a technical problem at one of the European traffic exchange sites, in Russia the Rostelecom network works normally, the company’s press service told TASS.
Rostelecom noted that the reserve international communication channels are now connected.
