Another possible reason to ignore Instagram is Instagram’s parent company: Facebook. Click or press your username in the top right and Edit Profile† Then select Temporarily disable my account and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can also remove Instagram photos from your profile without having to delete them. Archiving photos will cause them to disappear from your profile, but they will remain visible to you. You can archive photos by going to your profile in the Instagram app (bottom right of the screen). Press the option button, indicated by three dots. Then choose archiving (iOS) or Archive (Android).

Removing it completely is also an option, but final really means final.

If you later want to start using Instagram again, you will not be able to create an account with the same username as before, and your old account will not be reactivated.

Do you still regret?

Unfortunately, after deleting your account, there is no way to recover your data or reopen your account. You will then need to create a new profile.
