According to a moderator of the official forum Samsung CommunityThe developers of the Galaxy Wear app are working on a feature that improves BioActive’s skin detection. So the innovation aims to solve the problem of users who have tattoos on their wrists.

Without going into too much detail, information indicates that the update will be available in the 2nd half of 2023. Allegedly, the update will be part of the One UI Watch 5 interface news based on the WearOS 4 operating system.

BioActive enhancement shouldn’t just be new to Galaxy Watch 5. Samsung is expected to unveil the new Galaxy Watch 6 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for July 27.
