The new Honor Magic 6 can be opened with your eyes

At the summit Qualcomm Snapdragon 2023Honor CEO George Zhao unveiled the company’s new flagship mobile phone: Honor Magic 6, which also has a great feature: it can be opened with your eyes.

Honor calls the technology Magic Capsule and describes it as “multimodal interaction based on eye tracking.”

Additionally, Honor Magic 6 will come with a virtual assistant that uses Qualcomm AI on device. You can ask it to do things like collect all the videos on your device that meet certain criteria, narrow them down by other characteristics, and create a new video highlighting your clips.

Honor noted that this is currently the first example of how the eye technology works, and that there will be news on how it will be finally implemented.

Honor hasn’t said specifically when the Magic 6 will launch, but Qualcomm says phones with its new flagship chipset will start shipping in the coming weeks.
